When I walked in I was not greeted and when it was my turn to walk up to the counter, the manager just shoshed at the lady before me for her to move to the side. The manager was very arrogant and had an attitude. Customer service is not for everyone if you don't have the people skills (smile, be nice, have compassion and etc.). With that being said, it makes me think if i will be back, i gave 3 stars becaus they do have the best prices.

I rent a car at this location 3-4 times a month. The service is top notch and they typically have nice quality vehicles.

I couldnt wait to post this review for the excellent and caring service that I received from Mike at this location. I am on my 6th week of rental and it has been pretty horrendous with the Hertz locations In Lees Summit and Independence, MO. Mike needs to be the customer service trainer and example for your corporation. He went above and beyond to assist me because of a recall on my car. I truly cant thank him enough for just taking a moment to listen and he showed that he cared and valued my business. Also, thank you to the manager as well for giving Mike the autonomy to make such a difference in the lives of the customers that patronize your location. I would also like to add that even though i have 3 closer locations to me, Mike's stellar customer assistance is worth the drive.
