      image As somebody that has never rented a car before. You should put that you need a credit card if you aren't flying in and out of wichita. Needs to be at the top when making the reservation. Caused a full on panic attack as I had somewhere to be and needed this car. Putting these rules in a small fine print is ridiculous and scammy. Will tell everyone I know what a cluster this was for no reason at all.

      image Im sorry am I clear when I am looking and I see that my review has been deleted? My review is absolutely accurate why would my review be deleted??? Candace was absolutely horribly rude to me and made me very uncomfortable on an already horrible travel day. Yes, someone from the company would like to find out what she did. Go ahead and contact me or Ill be happy to leave a review that spells it out if that is necessary.

      image I have to say that I havent received such great customer service in a very long time as I did with my encounter at Hertz on Douglas! Jessica, you absolutely are a wonderful person and manager! Thank you for making it a great experience and I will be back to YOUR location in the future!
