Avoid this place. Horrible experience with this car rental I got thru Costco Travel. Never rent from this company. They r owned by KC landsman out of Atlanta and Budget cant even help with their poor practices. Im still trying after multiple calls and emails to get back $120 for gas they charged me for even though it was quarter full on pickup. Their mistake. No one calls back or responds or gives me back what is due. They make mistakes then you have to try to reach someone at Mci office. Also, get this, they charge $10 per gallon if you dont fill up when agreed to on contract. Place is a joke.

Made a reservation to rent a car here, they didnt have a vehicle for me and sent to me another location. I was reassured that my reservation would start when I finally got the car an hour later. But when I returned I was charged for an extra day before the return was late. Called to complain and still waiting for adjustment weeks later.
Best avoid this location!

WORST place to EVER rent a car. I prepaid for my car 2 weeks before I needed it. Go to get my car and they say my car reservation was cancelled. The lady behind the counter was using profanity against me to call the prepay department. I called and spoke to someone, and was told my reservation wasn't cancelled. Then the lady behind the counter put me in a vehicle. I left, take my vacation, deliver my vehicle one day late. Full on fuel, washed and a picture time stamped of delivery. I expected to pay an over due amount, but here we are 5 days after the fact and they keep attempting to charge my card over $1000 without authorization and with already charging me over $850. This is ridiculous. This business is full of nothing but thieves.
