        Brittni Smith in Independence KS was such a trooper on an icy cold day to get in the office and process my car rental first thing on a Monday morning. She handled the whole rental transaction with ease and was so nice and friendly! My rental was nice and clean setting under the carport ready for me to take it with no iced up windows! On Return, DeAndre Young met me at the door ready to go and get my rental checked in. He was efficient and friendly and I was in and out with the process in 15 min! Really great experience as always!
