I agree, as a monitor i recieved alot of complaints from customers. Also, i am appauled by the response below from the owner (Jenny) as she protrays to be a Mormon. This company is nothing but a family squabble! Jenny hasn't a clue & she will take your money. Ask robin, janine, & Jane, they will tell you ALLL about it!! Bring back Kevin!! Enough said!

Make sure you read ALL of the fine print and get EVERYTHING in writing. They try and get over on you and then tell you that is what you agreed to. Also make sure you can make yourself free from work for multiple days. Our installers showed up and stated the boss was out of town. I said well I took today off from work and they stated they would "see what they could get done". Which turned into installing products we never asked for and trying to charge us for this. I would NOT recommend this company!! No Sir! YOU get YOUR story straight. Shall I post YOUR contract here so all customers can see how you rip them off. You sell them a bill of goods and allow them to believe what there getting is a good deal for $___ and then they get their bill and its triple that and then you tell them they owe you even more than that for what you originally agreed to. Once again...STAY away from this company!!!!!
