Brody came to my home to provide an estimate for placing wood flooring in my basement. His bid for the job was in line with other contractors I had out for estimates. He was very personable, and I hoped to give a young guy starting his own business a chance. I too am a small business owner. Brody would show up every couple days and work for a few hours. I could tell early on he bit off more than he could chew. He also could have been more efficient in his processes. Several weeks later he is still not done with the job and will not communicate with me. Roughly 500 sq ft of flooring has taken him over 3+ weeks. I am working with an attorney now. As we all know be careful with contractors, some will bid it to get it....then leave you hanging and disappear for you to be left to finish what they don't want to. Very disappointed with the way this has went. I was really hoping to find a contractor not only to use personally but also refer in my line of business. UPDATE: yes I own a company, however this is the google account associated with my business. It is NOT an alias account. Ive reached out to you several times to resolve and you will not respond. Thank you for mentioning our family business where this disappointing experience in service and lack of maturity is not tolerated. Have a good day and best of luck with your business.
