    I have been waiting for my garage door for almost a YEAR!! I was first told it just keeps missing the truck to come NOW they located the correct parts for it. When I call they can't give me a correct answer because "It is in the manufacture's hands at this point" How horrible is that! I cannot use one part of my new, only one year old house because of this. My husband had to spend a lot more money to make it work through the winter and summer.Every our sales rep, Guy checks on it he gets in trouble because he is told NOT to bother the manufacture anymore. I'M SORRY but do they want to work for the customer or manufacture ... who pays them!??

    Techs were at my home for 20 minutes and said they would bill me for 1/2 hour. I got billed for 1 hour($150). I called and the lady said it was a mistake and the charge should be for 1/2 hour($100). I told her the last company I had out for service(which Mulhaupts bought) charged $69 for my last service call and that included a battery; this visit included no materials. She said she would see what she could do and get back to me. I never heard back from her. $100 for 1/2 hour is ridiculous and the lack of follow-up from them shows their poor customer service. Will never use them again.

    If youre looking for a home alarm system... keep looking. I had this alarm system for 5+ years, and my experience was riddled with additional charges from to multiple false alarms due to their faulty system. The glass break sensors would go off even while the alarm wasnt set and would go off numerous times in a row. The tech that would call after dispatching police said there was no way to bypass it and it would continue to trigger. A complete waste of a police offers time. I sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and requests for someone from customer service to reach out to me with no luck. When I finally got ahold of someone to cancel, their response to my dissatisfaction was sorry, thats not my department, I cant help. Spend your money with someone else. Customer service terrible and the overall product is mediocre at best. Also, dont opt for paperless statements. They will send you no invoice at all and blindly charge your account. That includes additional fees. There is no email notification or anything. Ridiculous.
