Today we had a brand rep. come on our property. He asked if I was the head of household. I said yes and stated I was, and not buying anything. He stated he was not selling anything. I made note of his "authorized dealer" shirt. He snarled back at me that "he was allowed to be here" in the most condescending manner. I immediately asked him to take his attitude off of my property and have a nice day. Horrible representation of the brand. This was in the rosswood neighborhood at 21st and Cumberland. 13:00

Shannon for the win! I don't know what office she works out of, but I do know this woman understands quality customer service. Shannon listened to me express my frustration with do-it-yourself troubleshooting resources. Reading papers, watching videos, and running tests just didn't help me. However, Shannon walked me through a variety of processes and got my system up and going. Class act all the way.

trying to cancel service. made 4 different calls greeted with wait time fro 8 minutes or more, all I want to do is cancel- Email wrong address, ....frustrated

I cannot rate ADT since I have never used their service. I moved to a new house so I was told I can receive ADT for free and now I receive letters from ADT. I read that the cancellation process is very difficult and I just went through that with another security provider. I have purchased a security system from another company.
