      image Chris helped me out at AT&T today and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, wasnt pushy at all when I was trying to decide what phone I wanted, and went through all my concerns with me. He also was just nice to speak to while we were waiting for things to download on the new phone. We chatted sports, college, restaurants we liked, etc. It made the process much more enjoyable!
