      image I reached out to the email address as requested. I sent them an account of my experience and never heard back. I'm changing my 2-star rating to 1-star. If they can't service me in person and the email response doesn't work, it seems like a 1-star review is appropriate.

      image went in today for an upgrade , Ismael was my sales guy and he was awesome ,very knowledgeable of his product line, and all the accessories. I decided what phone I wanted and he hooked me up in no time, did the paperwork transferred my contacts I was out of there in under half an hour.If you are anywhere in the area this should be your ATT store
