Went in to trade in my phone for a new iPhone 14. Said my phone looked good so still waiting on the credit. A couple days later I received an email stating I signed up for insurance for $17 a month and $6 a month for early upgrade. I never approved either of these charges. Won't be going back to this store again.

Store atmosphere is not welcoming.. Poor service, the man at oak brook mall, took my sisters credit card into the back and stayed back there too long with it, and was acting all suspicious. Employee did not seem knowledgeable & needs training on how to use the companys operating system. We will not be coming back here to this location.
