      image Worst customer service...ive been sitting here for an hour and a half...while the one employee waits on this guy...enters all his info..has to start over ..4 times!!!!! Ridiculous..hes asked for this guys license..phone #..address at least fifteen times!!!! Write this stuff down!!!!
      Hes the reason I'm here..when I got my phone here 3 weeks ago..he entered my # wrong..now I have 2 phone lines!!! They said they cancelled it...which they didn't cause I was billed $294 for 3 weeks!!! Now my phones disconnected...and watching him re enter all this poor man's info for the 5th time is painful!!!! He just told me I could come back tomorrow!! No!!!! I've been sitting here for an hour and a half!!!! I literally regret leaving sprint now..
