I then called the AT&T Park Ridge location and spoke with Chris Grissette. Chris assured me that it shouldn't be that difficult and asked if I could stop by. Within 5 minutes Chris had the new phone pared for the data transfers necessary. The entire process was completed in less than 30 minutes.
Chris was very patient with me when I was getting very frustrated. It may seem simple, and may be for him, but his professionalism and desire to help made a huge difference.
I appreciated his time and support.
