Don't come here. Called, was told I cant walk out with a phone upgrade without signing up for insurance. Red flag popped up because I called to see if they had phone in stock - instead of answering my questions - this guy starts rattling off his little memorized line "this is what you need to buy, so I can raise my sales figures line". Called AT&T - that turned out to be a false information. Called AT&T and reported this location - it could be 3rd party owned and maybe thats why they feed you lies. Either way - they are either clueless, or simply liars. Stay away - FAIL!

Deceived us that we would get an upgrade. Provided $350 credit but cancelled our current plan and signed us up for more expensive plan. So gave us $10 credit per month but increased our cost of your service by $70 per month. This is highly unethical. I am trying to undo the damage now with AT&T but will not know until next billing cycle.

By far the best AT&T location solely for Randall!
I can not speak highly enough of Randall, his knowledge, clarity, and transparency seems to know no bounds. This will be the only place I visit for future AT&T questions.

*Edited to add that despite the store owners response below, no one reached out to me after I emailed. My issue has still not been resolved. Dont be fooled by their responses to reviews!
Unfortunately, I will never purchase a phone from this store again and I advise anyone else not to as well. When I upgraded my phone with Amy in August, I was told that I would be getting AirPods Pro as a free promotion for trading in my old phone. 4 months later, I received a bill with a $20 charge for these AirPods- turns out that I am financing them for a year. I tried to rectify this issue with Amy as well as with the store manager, Randall, but unfortunately he said his hands were tied due to being a 3rd party seller (which I was not aware of when purchasing the phone), even though he acknowledged that this was his employees error. He said he would have his district manager call me back, but this never happened. He did not seem to care about the $240 extra I am spending that I did not sign up for or about his stores reputation. This store is definitely mismanaged, engaged in false advertising to make sales, and does not care about their customers.
