        I was sold a phone I didn't need. My old phone would not turn on and they said I needed a new phone. I got the new phone then went to a different ATT Store to get support in downloading data and the tech did a hard reboot , something I would not know how to do, and the phone works fine. Really annoying that I spent time, spent 1/2 my day on phone with tech support and then went to different store for help only to find out that the old phone was just fine. I've been a LOYAL customer from before you were ATT, spent thousands of dollars on phones and monthly bills and this really soured me on ATT
