It's beautiful and an amazing place to live. I love my little abode. It's awesome and my beautiful patio garden is a great treat. Vegetables & flowers. The view it not bad either. Great events for grown folks. Overture Buckhead South is a awesome community that I'm blessed to be a part of. It's the best location in Georgia. Home, Community & United. I love my apartment. It's nice and cozy. Quite quiet most of the time. They have a plethora of activities and events residents can take advantage of. You can participate in any event that suits your fancy. It's a Good place. The management is stellar. I love the management. I hope to see some activities return upon post Covid 19 status verification is established! I'm enjoying my stay. I am glad I was here during the covid 19 scare. The community was really good support. Thanks for all you do.

Hello I'm Chief Jackson of N2U Protection Services LLC. Weve had an awesome experience working this property and to know that Mrs. Edward's was the manager was a plus because she know the efforts that we put in to making her community respectable and safe. My team has had the pleasure of working with Mrs Edward's on previous properties and what makes it even better is she allows us to do our job in putting the community back in a proper shape while restoring order. When she saw that it was us headed in her direction it was like the prodigal son returning home she was over joyed because at that moment her prayers were answered. We strive on delivering excellence while executing a very high customer service portion to the community in which we service, priding ourselves in the efforts to make sure that we deliver on the words we say and that's customer service and safety is 1st. So far since we've been here as Mrs. Edward's has told the residents that she was bringing in the right crew to make it happen for the residents because she care about them. Since we've started cleaning up quite a bit, and the resident and other communities in the area are noticing and they love what we're doing. Residents are really happy and please with the fact they can start enjoying their community the way they supposed to thanks to Mrs. Edward's. We've clean up the stairwells in a record time and move the people out of there that made it their home. Now that change has come after meeting with the communnity over breakfast a few weeks ago granted there's still work to be done, but the efforts of getting it there has already begun. We make it our effort to deliver, and we might get a visitor every now and then, but we reassure those individuals that we will not tolerate them let stay where they don't belong anymore most of the time when they see us they leave immediately. We service quite a bit of Greystar properties while each location is different my team and I devise a plan of action and strategy to make sure that the property gets the TLC it needs from N2U.
