Terrance was amazing, great customer support! This apartment has a great location close to many things such as perimeter mall, many many food places, furniture stores, etc. IF I WAS YOU I WOULD APPLY RN! Thank you again Terrance for being so helpful #firstapartment

I had the best experience moving in.Sarah was was amazing, she made the process easy and fast. The apartment is nice and so far seems as the neighborhood is quiet and clean. Definitely ask for Sarah if you are looking to do a tour and looking for a new apartment.

The worst renting experience I have ever had. I have been renting apartments and houses for the last 10 years and have never experienced the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism that I dealt with at the Atlantic Ashford. Over the course of one year our air conditioning broke three times, our washer broke twice, our dryer broke once, and our sink sprang a leak twice. On each occasion it took MULTIPLE calls to get any response from the maintenance or management. On one occasion, the washing machine flooded the apartment with an inch of water and it took over 4 hours to get anyone from the apartment to show up. On one of the several occasions the air conditioning broke, we went without air conditioning for several weeks. The staff in the office, Sara in particular, were inconsistent, unreliable, and on occasion downright rude. We will never be living at another property owned by this company, and have made certain to warn others from making the same mistake.
