Regal Vista Apartment Homes

I have lived at Regal Vista for over 6 years and have never had any major problems! Current office staff is the best and very tentative to my needs as a resident. Janay, Yolando and Perla are amazing and over all give wonderful customer service!

I have lived here since 2021 and I have to admit they have the worst leasing office staff currently. Yolando Lamb, the assistant property manager, in particular is extremely impolite and inconsiderate. Every time I reach out to him, he acts unpleasant and feels annoyed to assist me. With crazy high rent we are paying for such a mediocre property, I would at least expect some good customer service from the staff. I would like to ask the management to observe Yolando Lamb and re-evaluate their decision to appoint such incompetent and unprofessional person as their assistant property manager.

The staff working at these apartments are completely unprofessional. They never answer the phone when needed and the maintenance staff are also very unprofessional and never fix stuff the way its supposed to be fixed. The stove in my apartment has not been working and I have called many times, they always say they will come fix it but never do. This has been going on for many days. This is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate.

These apartments are disgusting, they are useless, there is mold everywhere, there are always cockroaches in the kitchen, even though I keep the back of my Porsche clean, at night there are always people walking around, and the neighbors on the second floor are very loud, you can hear everything they say. They talk and what they do, don't waste your money, the garbage container is always full, there is always garbage thrown away, it's not good, there are always accidents at the main entrance of the complex due to lack of lighting, I don't recommend it to anyone, I give it one star just so they leave me. post the comment I hope the office people can read what I write

I do not recommend them, very bad service, no maintenance, fines without prior warnings, very bad service.
