Calibre Woods

I moved in a few weeks ago and have had an amazing experience so far. Elsie showed me around the grounds, which are stunning, and she made sure I got the perfect apartment based on my wishlist. I was initially waiting to apply because I had just paid off and closed all my credit cards and thought I needed the closure hit to come off my report, but Elsie told me to apply and I was approved in seconds. I appreciated her transparency and encouragement in the application process. I also accidentally overpaid on my move-in money order and she texted me telling me I would have a credit towards my first months rent. Love the honesty. Thomas has also been great. Hes helped me get some maintenance done super fast (shout-out to Angel for doing the work), and is always very polite when Ive picked up packages. This place just has good vibes, from the staff and neighbors, to the safety and woodsy seclusion. This is my favorite apartment yet!

I had the pleasure of meeting Elise and touring the apartment. She is sweet and made the whole process of securing a unit painless. There's no bait and switch here, you actually get to tour the unit you'll potentially move into. I fell in love with the apartment and even the tenets seem friendly.

An excellent experience at this apartment complex. Elsie is our leasing agent. She is awesome. We felt like she work overtime to make sure we were accommodated. It was crazy busy the Saturday we went in but she took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Elsie A HUGE THANK YOU!!!

Elsie was able to help me secure a wonderful unit in no time at all. Her dedication to the company and to all current and potential tenants shines through tenfold. She answered every question myself and my family could come up with. I could not ask for a better experience, and I am looking forward to my move-in. 10/10.

I have only been living at this property for a little over a month. It is one of the most peaceful properties I have ever lived in. I want to give a special shoutout to Elsie. She is attentive, hardworking, patient, and just an amazing person. She made my move in experience so easy. For the reasons above and a few more I have to give this property 5 stars.
