From the first time I walked in the the leasing office I was treated like a real person, the property manager Xavier was so hand on with me to the end. And how can I forget about Nomi leasing specialist was amazing. She has the best personality in the world you can help but love her. But most of all the apartment is absolutely beautiful, thank you to all of you I look forward to living here for a very long time

Ive lived here for a little over a month and so far its been good. The location is amazing and the maintenance team is very helpful and efficient. Valentina was great! She helped me on a last minute time crunch and had such a positive demeanor.

The Bowie apartment is a example place to live, and the leasing office agent are grate, specially Valentina, she was a professional agent, helping me with the application and checking on me if I need help, making sure that I feel comfortable.

I just finished my tour at The Bowie. Nomi is such a beautiful, genuine soul! It was honestly most enjoyable tour I've ever been on. Nomi addressed all of my questions and concerns in a professional manner while also putting some humor into it, which I personally think is necessary for drawing people in. She made me feel welcome even though I don't even live here yet. The apartment I toured (1000 sqft, fully renovated) had a very spacious layout including some built in shelving which I really liked. The fireplace was also a nice addition. Overall, I was super pleased and could totally imagine myself living here! I most likely will, lol. I'm extremely pleased with my experience. Good vibes from the staff and community!
