I really enjoy living here. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. Area is amazing and super safe. Everyone that lives here honestly minds their own which is a plus. Never had any issues.

Hello, they recently bought my apartment building (Collier Flats). So far, our buildings are littered with bugs and we have yet to receive pest control services. Also, my thermostat hasn't been working for over a week, in the hottest season, and no one has been able to help. Maintenance was also incredibly rude. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere. I'll be back with all of the pictures of the bugs in our hallways for reference. :)
