This is the most horrible move-in experience ever for me.. This really has caused a mental breakdown for me.. Unit 1510 was not move -in ready.. from the front door dirty and disgusting, weather stripping needed,front bedroom bathroom door separating, water leak from ceiling light fixture and air vent, paint stain sink, front bedroom closet water sprinkler hanging from ceiling, no light bulb. Kitchen dishwasher leaking, sink dirty and hand sprayer needs replacing, cabinets shelves have rice and sugar painted stuck to them, no ice maker in refrigerator, hole in laundry wall, over spray on all knobs and mirrors, patio door need weather strip and door knob, patio itself was dirty and disgusting, Master bedroom bathroom toilet leak, tub stopper inoperable, exhaust vent hanging from wall. Over spray on mirror, air vent hanging. The carpet is the only satisfactory thing in this unit.. it's been over a month now and no follow up on the roof leak.. Still can't use the bathroom, dishwasher haven't been replaced, no ice maker, etc..

The thermostat issues was resolved. However, the roofing issue discussed with maintenance remains unresolved. I have over the course of each time a work order was placed maintainer records, as well as photos. The ceiling in tent residence has water damage, noticeable spots throughout the ceiling, peeling. Additionally, when it rain I have videos that records the rain hitting my ceiling, However, the property rather do a temporary fix, verses fully replacing the roof. Another tenant on my level invited me within her unit & hers is ALOT worse than mine.
