I moved in a few days ago. It was extremely(!!!) hard to get in touch with the office prior to move in. Messages were never returned, phones were rarely answered, and crucial move in information was not communicated until the week of my move. Coming from out of state, that was incredibly stressful. Upon move in, there were (& still are) 2 medium unsanded, unpainted drywall patches on the entry wall, no mailbox key available, a microwave that doesnt work, and a slight leak under a sink. That being said, maintenance has been fairly quick to respond to these issues. The communitys gate is also not in service at the moment. Added into rent is payment for Fetch package delivery service that cant even be used half the time due to needing to include a numerical code in your name for delivery which many websites dont allow. Aside from these, the unit is nice & as described. Im hoping to create much better relationships with those in the office as my time here increases.

I've been here for 4 years. Arium was bought out by Sirona. First, parking is terrible. They haven't repainted the lines, so there's a lot of double parking.... speaking of which, if you try to find parking after 7 or 8pm. It's non-existent. There really isn't any room to actually move your furniture in or out bc sidewalks don't exist either. They leave the security gate wide open all day, every day.. so it's really not "gated." Anyone and everyone parks here. It constantly stinks of marijuana everywhere. If you sign a lease with them, ensure you get a hard copy of everything.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and my leasing consultant DeAngelo was very accommodating and Allen was very helpful with follow up questions. The only downside I believe is the buildings exterior. Some areas look damaged and the breezeways definitely need to be painted!!! All in all for the price and location, they are not bad. The inside of my apartment is beautiful. It is hard to get anyone on the phone for the leasing office so I do recommend going in person.
