Fix one thing and am happy with that but its been 3 days and still no one came to take care of the other stuff thank you

Ive been here for a year now and I absolutely love the new management company. I was being ripped off by past management paying for parking and paying to reserve the pool because that was the only way you can use it on the weekends because it was always reserved. Rent was being paid but not documented in the system. It was just crazy! Im glad that Pilar is in the office she has went above and beyond to help get my rent situation situated. I greatly appreciate her!!!

There is a lot of narcotic smell that penetrates into my apartment, entrance and into the yard. and also very dirty.

Good service, the apartments are large and have a good location, a bit older, but for the price and the location is great. New lady manager at the office is very professional and knowledgeable.

Amazing place to call home. Mrs. Pilar, and staff are absolutely amazing, courteous, and professional. With the last community manager and staff they never answered the phone, constantly closing the leasing office early. In addition, the breezeways when you enter my building has not been cleaned since I moved to the Celebration in June 2023. Since Mrs. Pilar and staff has taken over the Celebration community our apartment complex has made positive changes. The breezeways now look amazing, I'm not having to step over trash and small leaves piles in building 31. The atmosphere in the leasing office is very pleasant and welcoming. I would like to thank you Mrs. Pilar, Gabby, and the Celebration team for performing an amazing job and making productive renovation changes throughout the community. I'm looking forward to more resident events in the community. The food truck (Taco stand) the food was flavorful, and the employees were professional.
