    I used to like living here. Since the old management left this its been crazy. The people who works there are so rude, they never respond emails about concerns. The gate isnt working for almost 2 months, now we had to pay for the trash that is rarely been collected. They want us to keep the trash inside of the black binder which they took and it isnt been replaced with a new one! Now, im paying more for fees that I dont used to pay and they dont explain why. When I moved was because Cedric (the old management agent) makes me feel so welcome whenever i entered from that door.

    If I could give this place a zero star I would. I have been living here since 2021 when it was The Columns at Vinings and at first it was great. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They were open about changes to the complex. Theyre has been different changes of companies since Ive been here and the recent one (Investors Management Group, INC) has turned into a money hungry company. The people who work here dont have any understanding of whats going on. They add chargers to your account and when you go to talk to them about it its a catch up from past missed payments they will tell you that there accounts are different than what shows on your accounts. My account will be zero because there is no balance but ask them and theyll tell you its lagging. When you bring up what you were told be prepared to get an apology for being told the wrong information. They cut off water/power without proper notice so be prepared to wake up to go to work with no way to shower or brush your teeth. The gate is always broken so be prepared for your car to get broken into. They enter your apartment with no notice even if you state to call before entering. The police is always here patrolling and waiting. There are dogs without leashes running around the yard. Owners allowing there dogs to walk freely without a leash. They dont listen to your concerns. It may look pretty on the outside but dont be fooled. I thought this place was a home. I put so much time and effort into this place only for it to take so much of my hard earned money. I want nothing else but to run away..run far away from this place. With all the money Ive put into this place I couldve gotten something much better and much cheaper.

    Ive had nothing but bad experiences since the new management team has started. It seems to me that they are very money hungry and charge you for every little thing. And theres a lot of hidden fees and they add charges to your rent without discussing anything with tenants.

    Well, it used to be nice. Had a five star review here before! After living here almost two years I can say its gone downhill tremendously. All of our favorite staff in the leasing office quit very suddenly a few months back shortly after the complex came under new ownership. Since then, the response time on maintenance requests has doubled (if they ever even acknowledge it), our fire sprinklers have gone unrepaired, our gate sat broken (open) for months, and weve been hit with new fees for non-optional services that just make getting your packages more complicated. Thats not to say it was perfect before. Mold was just painted over, only to regrow through it. Our A/C filter looked like it had never been serviced before when we checked it. And the longer you live here, the more you can see just how many corners were cut in construction and maintenance. Points for the convenient location and the nice guys on the maintenance staff. But otherwise? You can find a nicer place for the money youll be spending after all the hidden fees that get tacked on after you live here a few months.
