Exotic Car Rental Tampa Instant Luxury Rentals

We put a deposit for a rental. When the day came, the company notified us that the car was not available. Told us to get another rental, we asked for our deposit back.
It's been nearly 2 months and we called several times, they stated someone would get back to us within 24 hours both times, however no one ever did.
This happened 2 times.
Be careful with this company. We plan on filing a complaint as I don't appreciate the shady business behavior.

They took a $2000 deposit at time of booking . When I took possession of the car. Marva had me sign another contract twice as expensive as the quoted amount. After trying to hash that out with someone at the office they said just sign it and they will adjust the rate on the final bill. They ended up charge me a addition $2000 deposit and added on a additional 3 hours of rental time which was over a grand . I have proof the Marva the same ladybwho delivered the car is the one who pciked it up the agreed time and location with full tanknof gas , and undamaged . Since then I called and talked to Chris Palmer who claimed they are sorry and will make the reimbursement back to my account which never happened. I called again and he said it was deposited on Feb 25th. I have a accountant and a bank who both verify that never happened. I have disputed the charges with my bank and called back several times and they never answer the phone . I have called several time a day for weeks . Please save yourself 5k and rent from another vendor.

My boyfriend ordered a Lamborghini for our weekend trip to Florida 2 weeks ago unfortunately when we landed the car was not there. It was excuse after excuse to why the car wasnt there. The end excuse was the trailer was hit and they couldnt deliver to us.When we asked about getting a different car every car was not available. Still havent received a refund and he had to pay extra on his insurance because of the car. Really disappointing and bad business on their part.
