Avis Car Rental

I dont know what to say about Avis. I had a reservation that said to pick at the The citrus Park area in Tampa, Florida. I get there. The woman say they dont have no cars there after I lyft from Wesley Chapel to get to the location . After They tell me they have the car that I was trying to get at the North Dale Mabry location, wasted more money to Lyft there. I get there and they did not have no cars at that location either I never received a call. I never received an email. I never received a cancellation. So I called the customer service number to make a reservation because they had the car I needed at the Tampa international airport. I get there then they can accept my credit card. Been dealing with this sense 9 this morning and still no rental.. this has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and you think after all the calling and proof of this they would make it right, nope not even a apology.. I will never in my life or in my after life deal with this company..

I have been using avis for my work rentals for about 2 years. The staff is exceptional and always helpful i have never had a single issue and ive rented cars from them on more than 20 occassions. Grace helped me today when I left an important item in the rental car after I returned it. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my things back. Thank you Grace for being so awesome

Juliet is the best Avis Agent I ever encountered. She always helps and finds the answers. Shes respectful, patient, and gets the job done. Even though her job is not easy and theres problems at hand, she finds away to keep everything calm. She always goes above and beyond the call. She deserves recognition.
