        Went to Tampa airport to get vehicle only to my surprise they ran out of cars had to wait 3 hours for car and once receiving the car it was not full of gas and it was really dirty never will I get a car from here again

        Fastbreak took an hour to get my vehicle with 1 person in front of me. Gave me a vehicle with less than a full tank of gas which was noted on the rental agreement, but they still charged me for fuel when I returned it.

        I have been charged $200 for few gallons of gas. Sounds like a scam at this price. I will never use Budget again.

        I picked up an SUV rental here on 2/4/23 and was very pleased with the quality of the vehicle. The pickup process was longer than expected because of fluctuating available inventory, but the delay was clearly communicated and was promptly addressed. Return was smooth. I am impressed by the professionalism and competence of all staff members.
