Easirent Car Rental Tampa International Airport (TPA)

It was one of the worst place so far I ever rented, and I rent a lot. First, I rented a standard SUV, got a very small one. Wouldnt reimbursed me the difference because it was I un refundable! Which they used that as an excuse.Also, the rental car was so dirty inside. One more thing, dont forget your insurance papers, I had never had to show any of my paper before. They wont let you drive it without it. There is no shuttle overnight so dont get a flight too early. I will never rent from them again. The only thing that was decent was the car even if it was very dirty!

Check in was easy. Staff was friendly.. Don't try to call them with any questions or concerns, though.. they don't answer the phone. Car was clean. Gas tank was empty, though.

Im not sure how this place has any high reviews. Lets be clear, the guys at the shop are great. Its not their fault that they work for this place. Our shuttle of ten arrived and there is one person working. If youre a rude customer like the D bag on our shuttle, theyll just let you cut line and get you out the door. Thought maybe this was just a bad day, but upon my return - same story. Fortunately theres a key drop so returns are much easier. This place is NOT at the airport. From the time I gathered my luggage until the time I was in my car, it was 1 hour and 50 minutes. Again - there were 10 people total on our shuttle, so thats like 5 rental cars they had to work through plus the 2 people already there that they were still helping. Make sure you get whatever toll pass they offer because its $25 fee from Easirent. In other words, my $6 in tolls cost me $56. And I discovered there is virtually no way to avoid tolls.

I had very bad experience with this car rent. I rented a 7 seater suv for April 02 but it they didnt have one so I canceled the service.They told me I should be getting my refund by midnight on the same day. But I still havent received the refund. They front desk guy was very rude to me. Very unprofessional and he had a glass on.. this place sucks.
