        prebooked a vehicle online, took an uber from the airport and when we got there, we were told that they did not have any vehicles available and that rebooking and putting in our card information doesnt actually do anything. we asked when a car would be available and were told that they do not know and we would just have to sit in the lobby and wait. they also did not help us with a refund and we had to call and wait ages to cancel. would not recommend
