MJ Movement has really changed my life. Thanks to the ladies that are a part of this holistic approach to health and fitness I've been able to take charge of my physical, emotional and mental health. Their classes are excellent and engaging. I have chronic back pain but I'm never hurting due to their attention to detail and customized approach. The support groups really help you realize that there's more to being healthy than changing your diet and exercising. If you want a great social experience with individualized attention and support in all senses of the word - this is the place to go. If you have an ailment or pain and think you can't exercise, I guarantee that this will be the one place that you can become stronger and healthier safely and effectively.
