Pure barre was a pleasant surprise from the first class. I have been doing functional fitness, yoga, and occasional pilates for quite some time and these classes in 50 minutes target muscle groups that I didnt know I had it has been wonderful and definitely stronger, lean, and uplifting after each class. So thankful a friend recommended it.

80 classes in and I cant wait to hit 100! Classes are different enough that I feel like Ive worked out a new muscle every time and similar enough that Im confident with a lot moves and instructions. Love the instructors and love these fancy new lights!

I started Pure Barre assuming I wouldnt last more than a couple of months. Two years and 250+ classes later, I can attest that it improves your physique and, most importantly, your mental health. Best thing I ever did.
