        My husband and I have been coming to Sweat Therapy almost as long as its been open. I love the small group classes. We started with Black Friday 12 workout specials but soon realized we needed unlimited workouts because we wanted to go to more ST classes! Love the trainers, and the regulars we work out with in our group are kinda like family. Weve had to modify some moves as weve gotten older but thats the great thing about ST the trainers will demo several levels of the same exercise based on fitness levels or what hurts. Very common to hear one say, If you have shoulder (or back or whatever) issues, do this instead. And they miss you if youre not there! Special shout out to all the long time trainers there Kim and Brian must be doing something right because they stick around!
