I love this place! I found it earlier this year while looking for a new place to workout, and all I can say is it was well worth the money. Everyone is super nice and encouraging. I love the classes they offer and they change the work outs often so you never get bored. I would highly recommend give them a try!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They offer you a FREE first class and I was so impressed it was all I needed to sign up for their unlimited classes. For anyone out there who wants to get in shape but hasn't had the best gym experiences come here!! They do not make you feel pressured to join and even single staff member has just been a positive addition to my experience. If I can keep up with the classes, I can guarantee you can too.

Ive been coming to DDF for about 6 months now and Ive never had this much fun working out. Awesome local gym with great classes and instructors!
