We have just signed our fourth year but I am so upset because there is a new neighbor on the second floor B1 who has been living here in the apartments for a little over a month and he has a black pit bull breed dog and whenever he wants He has it loose, we have called pet control and they do nothing. I think they are waiting for that dog to attack someone one day. I have also complained to the office and they have done absolutely NOTHING either!! It is not fair that they are waiting for a misfortune to happen and that pit bull attacks someone. I go out to work every day very afraid of the dog. I have a dog and it took us 2 days to take her out to shit because I'm terrified of that dog. THE MANAGER SAYS SHE IS WORKING ON THE REPORT THAT I MADE TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND I SEE NO SOLUTION. The owner of the dog sometimes keeps taking the pit bull completely loose. I have evidence and yet they don't pay attention to me.

Dont live here! Heavy roach infestation. They live in the walls and my apt is infested in the whole apartment no matter how clean I keep my place. They are in my cabinets, and couch!!! overflowing dumpster with homeless dumpster diving. Homeless sleeping in complex breeze ways, dog poop all over, no management for two months, no maintenance, elderly lady had no air conditioning for two days! And roaches! Is it that hard to manage these apts? Need security! No security on site. With all the money you make off us, you can afford security patrol!Take care of your apts management!
Management: you dont care about the familys that live here! It used to be clean, and the breezeways are no longer getting deep cleaned & now there is garbage, and drug addicts smoking fentanyl on the stairs, sleeping..please take care of your tenants. This is why 13 apts are now vacant, because everyone is leaving! It used to be pleasant to live here. Dont tell me youre truly sorry! Stop lying
