When you move out there is all sorts of charges for things unrealistic and against your lease and the law. Grey Star has a class action suit for their predatory practice against tenants. Do not move here. Read the reviews. Cheap tiny apartments. Look elsewhere for larger size, more desirable area and value for your money. I've never experienced living in an apartment as negative as Oak Street station apartments!!! I have moved and couldn't be happier. Night and day experience as it was prior to this place!! Besides how rude unpleasant and unprofessional the management is the apartment is located less than two miles from a half way home for sexual felons. It is an unsafe area. It's known to be one of the most unsafe high crime areas in the area. Cars broken into. Anything stolen you can imagine and if you plan to walk around the area it's not suggested. There is nothing near there desirable for a reason except low run down motels. High transiant area. By far the worst living and moving out experience I've ever had and many many others agree with me. Tons of fees and costs and charges they lie about when you move in.
