BRC Multifamily Management

My family and I stayed at two if their apartment buildings in Craig, CO. The manager, DeAnne was truly amazing! She was accommodating with in her abilities. If there were any issues with in or around our apartment her and her maintenance team go it handled. I cannot say enough about this manager. Definitely a huge thank you and shout out to DeAnne!!!

If I could do zero stars I would but Ill settle for one. The internet connection has been out for three days in the whole building, Ive reached out multiple times and got no help, it has nothing to do with the internet provider. We work from home they expect us to pay rent but how are we supposed to with no internet connection. I highly recommend not signing a lease with them. We have put in multiple maintenance request to fix the floors on 10/27/2023 and as of today 04/09/2024 still has not been fixed. Were not the only people with problems with maintenance.

Moving out of BRC to Cornerstone is the best choice Ive ever made. BRC severely ignored my concerns with adequate and safe housing until it got too severe. I would wish that living experience on no one.

I recently signed a lease with BRC, and I'm very thrilled with my experience so far! Kaleigh was the leasing agent I worked with to find my apartment and she was very friendly, informative and responsive throughout the entire process. The building itself is charming, a time capsule of Denver's older architecture that I really love! All of the building's Maintenance staff seems very easy to work with and helpful also. They seem willing to assist with any issues you may encounter. And they do regular upkeep and maintenance on the building, which I appreciate. There is a user-friendly online portal for submitting rent payments, maintenance requests, viewing your lease- as well as having access to other property related information, that is extremely helpful and efficient for tenants to utilize. Overall great experience so far!! I would recommend BRC to other renters looking for a reliable property management group!
