        Great place to live - management is good, the apartment is clean and nice, work orders get fulfilled quickly and the newly renovated lounge is awesome! Great location too so half the time I can just walk everywhere I need to get to for errands and entertainment.

        This place is amazing been living here since early summer of 2024, its been a great experience they just renovated the office and looks amazing. Mia was super helpful/nice with helping me with my move in process even helping me with switching units due to me wanting to upgrade to something bigger. Joshua at office is super amazing/helpful! Always response to my calls emails and anything regarding to maintenance. Currently upgrading to 2 bedroom transition has been flawless! Amazing staff, amazing place and beautiful location .

        Ive been very happy since moving into Trifecta in November 22. The staff is very friendly and the few issues weve had have been handled quickly and without issue. The amenities are second to none including the gym, pool, and community room. Having someone to pick up our trash during the week is very convenient, as well.

        Recently moved in to Trifecta, we felt that the building was well-managed and cared for. The amenities are lovely, the roof deck, gym and pool. The lounge is under renovation, though i am looking forward to when it is open soon. The hallways are clean, modern and I love the light sensors that save electricity when no one is in the hallways. The layout of the main building is quite intelligent, with the center courtyard being a car-park, and the units all facing outwards. We have some minor maintenance issues in the apartment on move-in, though maintenance has been quick to respond and repair. Joshua helped us with the onboarding, he went the extra mile to be clear, courteous and helpful.
