The Brickhouse team has made a very stressful live event a seamless and easy experience. Connor, Dominique, and Danielle have been so responsive, have answered all of our requests, and been extremely accommodative. Jeff was motivating us through the move on move in day, we appreciated his good attitude! Our unit was clean and in perfect condition when we arrived and the amenities are top notch. Overall, we could not be happier. Huge shout out to the Brickhouse staff that have helped us, and everyone working hard behind the scenes. Thank you!

Honestly we really loved being at Brickhouse. Although pricey the living is worth it. The building is well maintained, management was friendly and helpful, maintenance was very quick to resolve issues, and the ladies who cleaned the common areas were great! The building is not in the nicest area but I always felt safe inside the building and in my apartment. Parking is expensive but worth it. Garage gate was broken a couple times but they were always quick to address it with residents and schedule fixing it. They do a great job making it feel like a little community within by hosting fun resident events. + we also received almost our entire deposit back after living with both a cat and dog in the apartment. Some place are very money hungry but I would say Brickhouse is not which was nice to see!

Excellent experience living at Brickhouse Apartments, balancing the conveniences of apartment living with the realities of an urban setting. Here's my honest take on what it's like to live here. NOISE: Living in an apartment complex means sharing space with hundreds of others, which can naturally lead to some noise. However, my experience has been surprisingly quiet, especially considering my proximity to the pool and the garage door. Even during the rare pool parties, (seriously, there arent many parties) the noise level was much lower than expected. PARKING: The $100 monthly fee for covered garage parking is steep, reflecting the overall high pricing of the complex. The neighborhood does have a noticeable homeless population, raising some safety concerns, but this was apparent when moving in. Visitor parking can be challenging, but with a bit of knowledge about nearby streets like 11th, it's manageable. Choosing to live in the Denver metro area comes with certain realities. CRIME: There have been rumors of shootings in the neighborhood, but I haven't personally confirmed them. But honestly, take a drive around the neighborhood. On one side, weve got a country club with some cool residential neighborhoods, on the other, the W line, and Colfax. If someone moved here expecting a low crime rate, Id question their perception of reality. Yes, of course, theres crime But I didnt hold Brickhouse responsible for law Enforcement Its on you to decide whether youre comfortable with living in an area undergoing the process of gentrification. FINES/BILLING/BUSINESS PRACTICES: The management company, like many others, is profit-driven and tends to capitalize on any opportunity for additional charges. This includes strict enforcement of rent deadlines and fines for minor infractions. This is a common issue with large property management companies. They have tacky business practices because of the laws that govern our state. No issues, here. This is how things are within the marketplace, and doesn't set Brickhouse apart from others. STAFF: The staff, the maintenance and cleaning teams, do an excellent job. They are friendly, personable, and SUPER responsive. Connor and Dominique, in particular, have been fantastic in addressing any issues I've faced. They maintain positive and charming attitudes in a challenging job. Theyre fantastic. I think people assume that their job is easy or something. Its not. Give em a break. Just be nice to them, and theyll support you, I promise. AMENITIES: Tons of em. This place has it all. The gym is a bit cramped at times, but I really couldn't have asked for anything more. Overall, my time at Brickhouse has been enjoyable, largely due to the excellent amenities and staff. The units are clean and well-maintained, and so are the many amenities. Keep in mind that any drawbacks of living in an apartment complex can be remedied by not living in an apartment complex. The convenience of having facilities like a gym, pool, and easy access to public transportation has been a highlight. However, apartment living comes with its trade-offs, such as noise and high costs. We're now moving to a large house in the suburbs, but there are certainly aspects of Brickhouse that I'll miss. A big thanks to Connor and Dominique. 5/5. All the best, guys; I truly appreciate you!
