        The vehicle I received was in poor condition with a low tire and seats that where covered with both hair and stains. The vehicle also smelled of spoiled milk. Not what i was expecting from Avis. .

        I rent from this location all the time. The owner and workers are great. Only issue from time-to-time is the cleanliness of the inside of the vehicles. Ive gotten cars that have dog hair everywhere or crumbs all over the seats and in the cup holders.

        Great experience with this specific Avis car rental service at the Sheraton. Kevin was great, very knowledgeable about the area and the vehicles he rents out. No hidden fees, no unneeded add ons etc. I immediately noticed many other car rental services in this area had bad reviews and I quickly read the terms of others and walked away. Id definitely use this service again knowing Kevin is running it. Rent with confidence.
