Budget Car Rental

Got charged twice for excessive dirt and sand, $450 each time. No email or text was sent. I travel for work and got a letter in the mail. No picture or nothing. Will never rent from Budget again.

I was in a real pickle when my phone was dying and the USB port in my rental from the airport location wasn't working. Swung by this center and Alfredo hooked me up. Let me charge my phone while I waited and then got me into an upgrade vehicle at no cost with working USB AND wireless charging dock. He's the real MVP

Rented a car here for 3 days, picked up and dropped off from this location. After returning the car, a $750 charge was added to the bill for a 'one way fee'. The bill indicated that I dropped the car off in New Jersey, some 1,700 miles away, despite me only adding 200 miles to the odometer. Maybe an honest mistake but it's still not been rectified and Budget is not making it easy, asking me for a Boarding Pass? this isn't even an airport!

Alfredo resolved an issue I had, inherited from a different location where I picked up the car, hassle free. Excellent service.
