        They drag their feet. The guy took over an hour to serve 3 customers, one of which was only returning his keys (couldve checked with the people in line to say if youre dropping off keys theres a drop box instead of letting them stand for 30 minutes). Then they have a back at 10:45 sign thats crooked and not showing the 10 correctly and also indicates that they wont be back until 11:05. If theres anywhere else you could rent a car conveniently, id recommend doing that.
