        We did business with the Fort Collins location inside Walmart. The reservation process was easy. The lady who checked out our truck was friendly and definitely went above and beyond with us as customers. And the truck road well, fit everything perfectly and was priced way better than competitors without a bunch of extra hidden fees tacked on. Definitely recommend this company. Very happy experience.

        I rented a moving truck turn it back in early and in better condition given to me and I was charged over 300 dollars with no reason as to why the charges. I tried calling over and over and left m sages they never call back or answer there phone. Please!!!! Please !!! Do not use this location they are very rude and not trustworthy. If you want to go through what I am going through then use them, but as a first time customer never ever again. This issue has become a leagal issue now.. Im going to fight though so again spare you time money and heart ache. If you need further details and resolution I get just reply back to me on google!!! Wore everrrrr company!!!!!!!
