We have been customers of Mattress Firm for years, but just had our most outstanding experience there. Roland helped us select quality mattresses, and an adjustable base. When the mattress we wanted was not available at the warehouse due to a glitch, Roland worked with us and we left the warehouse with an even better mattress than we had expected to pick up, The warehouse people were also very helpful in assisting us to navigate the situation. The move went smoothly. Quality service, quality products. Nice!
