They've been having a going out of business sale for 7 months. Advertising greats deals . On 2-19-2016 I went to look at the beds , the same beauty rest bed was $1000 cheaper at american furniture and I decided so spend my $2500 at AFW. DONT BUY HERE!!!

Don't be fooled by their new going out of business letter....they are going to "close and then reopen" according to the sales staff. Floor is in horrible shape, the vignettes are truly bad. I feel bad for the sales staff. How does management expect sales of overpriced furniture shown on a floor more disorginized than Arc thrift store?

My husband and I have purchased with Wow Furniture in the past, and so it made sense to shop with them again before they closed. We had been pretty happy with them during our last purchase, but this time our experience was completely different. We found a sectional we loved, and started the negotiating (this was initiated by the sales associate). They came down a bit on price, but still not quite what we wanted and they were unwilling to negotiate further, so we walked. Today I called to talk with them again as I had found the item much cheaper ($3500) at a different furniture store, but it was out of state. First of all, the sales associate didn't even remember my husband and I from a few days prior, and after we had spent over an hour there. Sad. Second, he said they would not match the price I had found and that I should just shop with that company. Really? Then, when I inquired about what price they would be willing to do, he quoted me the price that I TOLD HIM was listed on the tag ($4949) from a picture I had taken the day we were in. He proceeded to tell me that "This is our bottom price." To which I replied, "That's interesting, because I was quoted $3830 and that includes shipping (not tax) by you a few days ago." He at that point didn't say anything. It was a flat lie, and there was no explaining out of it. As a sales person myself, I find this ridiculous. Not only did he remember nothing about our conversation a few days prior, but there was no attempt to earn my business. I get that you're closing, but you should still exhibit basic customer service. I'm not expecting more than a fair price, where I'm not getting screwed and you're still making money. This is why you are closing- overpriced "warehouse" furniture and poor customer service. If you had ONE of these, I would have purchased with you. Instead I went out of state to Utah, and am getting the same sectional for less (even with shipping costs!). I'd think twice before purchasing with them.
