Worked with Steve and Ethan to help get myself a new mattress and other items. Delivery was easy and quick, my new bed is fantastic. The quality of the mattress, sheets and pillow are unmatched. I did my homework when looking for a mattress store. After reading the reviews of Urban Mattress, I was pretty convinced. My back feels much better, and I learned that the quality of sleep makes a big difference. Highly recommend these guys when looking for a new bed. I will be back for another bed to add soon!

Bought our new bed (a Silver Lake Cal King firm) on Sunday and got it delivered yesterday (Friday). Wow! So comfortable! Couldn’t be happier!
Owner Steve was our sales person and we certainly appreciated his friendly and informative style. Quality and service and even price all totally deserve five stars!!

Five stars for Urban Mattress at Park Meadows! We got the King size Taos and it is wonderful. Customer service was exceptional... they encourage you to really lay on the mattress for a while before making a decision. They even play some relaxing music for you. We had just missed a sale on our mattress but they still honored the price, showing their dedication to wonderful customer service. We looked a while for mattresses and this is by far the best experience we’ve had! Definitely recommend!

We had been searching for "our mattress" for about 6 months. We tried 3 online mattresses and another 2 from another local mattress store, none of which remedied our aching backs.
We went to Urban Mattress (based on their online reviews) and we were immediately impressed by Ethan's confidence that he would find us a solution. He listened to our needs, had us try a few showroom mattresses and together we narrowed our choice down to a selection we hoped would work for us. We gave it a shot for a couple months but decided it wasn't quite right (too soft... I know, sounds like Goldilocks!). We went back to Ethan, explained our predicament, and he suggested another slightly firmer mattress that he felt confident would work for us... and YES, it turned out to be "THE WINNER."
We are soooo thankful that we found Urban Mattress and Ethan. Best of all, we now wake up pain free.

Steve was very helpful from the second my girlfriend and I walked in. He hopped right up and began to ask us questions and narrowed down our preferences. After that, we tried a few beds and found the one we both really liked. Not only was he super knowledgeable about the material, but his prices were far more reasonable than mattress firm we had just came from.
He even let us use one of his pillows from a company he started which employs homeless people and convicts to help reintegrate them into society. If that wasn’t good enough, the pillow I was using was OUTSTANDING! I love how he supports his community that way.
A lot of the mattresses I saw were also locally made. I love supporting local business and that was a big reason why I bought from here.
If you are in the market for pillows or mattresses, going here will definitely not disappoint. Thank you Steve for selling Sarah and I our first mattress :)
