Wonderful customer service and ethical business practices. Ethan was so great to work with, he was helpful and knowledgeable, but gave us plenty of space to make our decision without feeling any pressure at all. He cut us a great deal, but after a couple of days we realized we had committed to something way outside of our price range and decided we needed to cancel our order (which had not yet been delivered). He allowed us to do this without any problem or guilt.

We visited this store a few weeks ago and were treated very well....continued to look around at other stores and came back because the quality, prices and the service here were above and beyond. We came to buy one bed and ended up with two! They will be delivered this Friday, but I mostly wanted to talk about the service the attention and the genuine friendliness of the personnel. Steve took amazing care of us and having been self employed most of my life, I know word of mouth is the best advertising. I would recommend (and will recommend) this store to all of my friends looking for a quality mattress and low pressure honest service.

Worked with Steve and Ethan to help get myself a new mattress and other items. Delivery was easy and quick, my new bed is fantastic. The quality of the mattress, sheets and pillow are unmatched. I did my homework when looking for a mattress store. After reading the reviews of Urban Mattress, I was pretty convinced. My back feels much better, and I learned that the quality of sleep makes a big difference. Highly recommend these guys when looking for a new bed. I will be back for another bed to add soon!

Steve was very helpful from the second my girlfriend and I walked in. He hopped right up and began to ask us questions and narrowed down our preferences. After that, we tried a few beds and found the one we both really liked. Not only was he super knowledgeable about the material, but his prices were far more reasonable than mattress firm we had just came from.
He even let us use one of his pillows from a company he started which employs homeless people and convicts to help reintegrate them into society. If that wasn’t good enough, the pillow I was using was OUTSTANDING! I love how he supports his community that way.
A lot of the mattresses I saw were also locally made. I love supporting local business and that was a big reason why I bought from here.
If you are in the market for pillows or mattresses, going here will definitely not disappoint. Thank you Steve for selling Sarah and I our first mattress :)

Working with Steve to find the perfect bed was the most comfortable experience I've ever had picking out a bed. He was extrememely friendly and accomodating while listening to my needs, likes, and dislikes. I didn't feel rushed while trying out beds a million times just to be sure I found the perfect one. While my inital experience was extrememly positive, I've been even more impressed by the outstanding patience and customer service from both Ethan and Steve. As a recent college grad, I've run into some trouble finding a place to land as I start my new journey. Despite feeling entirely embarassed by the amount of times that I have had to call and reschedule my bed devliery, they have each treated me with the utmost level of kindness and have not once made me feel as though I am an inconvience or distruption. I know this level of service is rare and I feel lucky to have worked with them to purchase the perfect bed. To say I'm excited for my new bed would be an absolute understatement! A huge thank you to both Steve and Ethan!
