Sharell was amazing she not only helped me stay within my budget, but she was able to call the warehouse for me and tell them my order number so i was ready to pick up my order since i forgot my paperwork! I love my new mattress!!

Sharell was a fantastic sales associate! She explained things to us throughly and was extremely helpful. We originally just went in to look for a mattress and ended up buying 2 separate mattresses for 2 different beds. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our purchase and cant thank Sharell enough.

I called the store to get a delivery issue rectified. Sharell worked with me and provided what I consider excellent customer service in response to my concerns. Sharell listened to me and made me feel that customer satisfaction is a priority for her as she worked through the concerns and found a satisfactory solution. She alone changed my attitude from when we first spoke to the completion that left me smiling. Thank you Sharell
