Budget Car Rental

I recently rented a multiple vehicles from this location. The women at the front desk was extremely helpful and even provided us with some advice on our trip to San Francisco. I make a trip to this area about once a year. Based on my last experience this will be my go to rental location when visiting

We recently rented an SUV from Budget Car Rental at this place, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the office staff had us sign the paperwork and handed over the key without conducting a joint inspection of the vehicle. To our dismay, when we opened the car door, we were met with a shocking level of filth. The car emitted a foul odor, the seats were stained with various colors, and dirt covered the trunk and floor. Upon returning to the office to address these concerns, the response we received was disheartening. The staff claimed that there was nothing they could do as the previous driver had neglected proper care of the vehicle. When inquiring about alternative options or referrals to other Budget Car Rental locations, we were met with a firm refusal. To make matters worse, as it approached 5:00 PM, the office personnel simply left us stranded, closing down the office without providing any assistance. This experience left us in disbelief, as we have never encountered such conditions with any rental company before. With our plans to depart at 5:00 AM the next morning, we were left with no choice but to take the poorly maintained vehicle. Spending an hour cleaning and vacuuming the interiors did little to alleviate the disgusting smell that persisted throughout our 15-hour journey. This rental turned out to be a nightmarish experience that we hope others can avoid.

The lady in the front desk was rude! I already had everything signed prior to arriving and she kept wanting to sell me more add-ons. She spoke so low and would get irritated when I would tell her to repeat what she said. If I can give this place a negative star I would.

Just great, quick, smiling and professional service. And no - I did not get an upgrade on my rental. Left in the infamous Kia I ordered and paid for.
