They deserve a raise and promotion.! If you need to rent a car PLEASE GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! You will not regret it they have all kinds of cars for whatever mood your feeling. Enterprise Counter personnel, although helpful enough, need to advise customers of the horrendous surcharges that Enterprises' 3rd party HTALLC tacks on to Bay Area bridge tolls.
This definitely would be good to know before receiving an accounting of tolls with a "service charge" $19.95 added to every $6.00 toll.

Amazing service, very respectful and professional, ask for Dharik. I canceled my rental with Hertz since they tried to tell me that paying 20.00 per day (out of pocket) plus 25.00 that my insurance covered was a "new thing," besides lying, they were rude and grumpy. Sad I used to love Hertz.
